Complaint Procedure
It is, of course, unfortunate if you have a complaint about the service you received. However, we kindly ask you to forward your complaint to our customer service department via email at customerservice@buyhaironline.com. We will review your complaint and do our best to resolve the issue to everyone’s satisfaction.
Once we have received your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.
We aim to respond within 14 days of receiving your complaint. If more time is needed, we will inform you accordingly.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may contact the mediation department of the Webshop Keurmerk Foundation, with which buyhaironline.com is affiliated. If mediation does not result in a satisfactory outcome, you may submit the dispute to the Disputes Committee.
