Returns

You may return any items within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returned items should be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please ensure you include the original invoice with your return, as missing information may cause unnecessary delays.

For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be accepted for return.
If you receive faulty or damaged goods, you have the right to return them for a replacement or refund.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We only refund the cost of the items, not the original shipping charges.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at customerservice@buyhaironline.com.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or have received proof that you have sent them back.

Exchanges

All exchanges must meet the following return conditions:

• Item must be in original factory condition

• Unworn, unaltered, and undamaged

• All tags attached

• All original components included, such as:

  • Packaging

  • Labels

  • Hairnets

  • Strings

  • Instruction papers or inserts
