Shipping & Delivery Information

We currently apply delivery times of 3 to 14 business days.
If you place your order on a business day (Monday to Friday) before 3:00 PM, and the item is in stock, your order will be delivered the next day.
This policy does not apply to orders outside the Netherlands.
We aim to deliver your order in a single shipment whenever possible.
If you have ordered products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time will apply. The estimated delivery time is listed with each product.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a track & trace link that allows you to monitor the status of your shipment.

What happens if I am not at home during delivery?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to a nearby PostNL pickup point.
